Duurzaamheidscharter

Ons doel is het organiseren van teambuildings met respect voor de planeet.

Onze inspanningen gaan 20 jaar terug en zijn de laatste 5 jaar in een stroomversnelling gekomen.

Gebouw

2014: bouw van nieuwe kantoren met energiescore A

Energie

2021: investering in 56 zonnepanelen en 2 batterijen om op een groene manier in al onze energiebehoeften te voorzien

Bossen

Onze kantoren zijn gelegen in de bossen van Hertsberge. Wij investeren jaarlijks in het gezond houden van de bossen en broedplaatsen voor de vogels in samenwerking met een partner: Boomverzorging Neyt.

2024: Door de samenwerking met Trees for All, planten wij jaarlijk circa 50 extra bomen.

Mobiliteit

Vanaf 2022: Leasingwagens op diesel worden vervangen door minstens hybride voertuigen.

Vanaf 2005: De event coördinatoren verplaatsen zich zoveel mogelijk met het openbaar vervoer.

Website

Voor de website kiezen we voor duurzame, groene hosting bij Combell.

Drukwerk en overige event materialen

2023: start samenwerking ITEC voor duurzame printoplossing

2024: bij herbestellen van drukwerk wordt gekozen voor een milieuvriendelijke versie

2025: geplastificeerde naambadges worden vervangen door herbruikbare badges

Koerierdiensten

Voor de levering van pakjes kiezen we voor de CO2 neutrale levering van Bpost.

Inspireren

2007: creatie van duurzame event Green Feet waarin deelnemers op humoristische wijze worden geïnspireerd om hun ecologische voetafdruk te verminderen zonder aan levenskwaliteit te moeten inboeten.

Deze ecologische teambuilding krijgt een jaarlijkse update met de recentste inzichten. In de zomer van 2024 hebben wij een gloednieuwe editie gelanceerd. Voor elk team dat voor deze teambuilding kiest, planten wij een boom.

For over 20 years, we have actively worked to reduce our environmental impact. In the past 5 years, these efforts have accelerated, with the goal of organizing team-building events in harmony with the planet.

Our vision is reflected in eight concrete pillars in which we continue to invest and innovate:

  • 2014: Our offices in Hertsberge were built with energy efficiency in mind, resulting in an energy score of A.

⚡ 2. Energy

  • 2021: We installed 56 solar panels and 2 batteries, allowing us to fully meet our energy needs in a green and self-sufficient way.

🌳 3. Forests

  • Our offices are located in the forests of Hertsberge.
  • Every year, we invest in maintaining the health of the forest and bird nesting areas, in collaboration with Boomverzorging Neyt.
  • 2024: Through our partnership with Trees for All, we plant approximately 50 additional trees each year.

🚲 4. Mobility

  • Since 2005: Our event coordinators use public transport as much as possible.
  • From 2022: All leased diesel cars are being replaced by at least hybrid models.

  • We chose green hosting with Combell for our website, a conscious choice for energy efficiency.

  • 2023: We started working with ITEC for sustainable printing solutions.
  • 2024: All reordered printed materials are eco-friendly.
  • 2025: Laminated name badges are being replaced by reusable alternatives.

📦 7. Courier Services

  • For deliveries, we rely on CO₂-neutral shipping via Bpost, aligning with our sustainable supply chain.

🌱 8. Inspiring Others

  • 2007: Launch of our sustainable team-building activity Green Feet, where participants are playfully inspired to reduce their ecological footprint without compromising on quality of life.
  • 2024: A new edition was launched, incorporating the latest insights.
    💚 For every team that chooses this activity, we plant one tree.
